Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer breakfast?

We currently do not serve breakfast on-site, but our team will gladly recommend charming nearby cafés — many just a short walk away.

Is parking available?

Arno Boutique is located in Florence’s historic center, within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).
While we do not have private parking on-site, we’ll be happy to recommend nearby paid parking options that suit your needs.

We always suggest doing a bit of advance research to find the most convenient solution for your route and travel plans.

How can I modify or cancel my booking?

Simply contact us via email, and we’ll assist you. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate you booked.
